Palvin's curves and non-standard runway measurements have been considered by the media to be the brand's direction toward "body positivity".

Palvin is often compared to Russian model Natalia Vodianova - British Vogue editor Miranda Almond said, "We chose Barbara because she is absolutely exquisite looking, a cross between a young Brooke Shields and Natalia Vodianova". Palvin credits Vodianova and Kate Moss as being her favorite models.

At just 25 years of age, Palvin has walked the hottest catwalks , including those of Prada, Nina Ricci, Miu Miu, Vivienne Westwood, Alexandre Vauthier, Chanel and, of course , Victoria's Secret.

Barbara PalvinShe was discovered in 2006 and her first campaign was in Japan at the age of just13. From that moment, she knew that modeling was her greatest passion.

But, undoubtedly, the key moment of her career came when she joined the most famous lingerie firm in the world and began parading at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show in 2012.

Barbara has almost 10.5 million Instagram followers , more and more companies are dying to work with her and, definitely, she is the model they should keep in mind this 2019.

She attended Ferenc Erkel Elementary School and Grammar School, then attended Pál Sznyei Merse Grammar School in Budapest, Hungary. She started working for ICON Model Agency for her first bookings.

As a child she was very fond of singing and playing football and these were her favorite pastimes. As an adult Palvin has been in a relationship with American actor Dylan Sprouse since 2018 and they live together in Brooklyn.

She has walked the Louis Vuitton catwalk several times and was signed by one of the largest modeling agencies, IMG. In the summer of 2010, she and Zsófi Srej were invited to Barcelona Fashion Week. The Chanel, Vivienne Westwood, Loewe and Emanuel Ungaro fashion houses also gave her a spot in the Spring / Summer 2011 fashion week.

She was only 18 when he was considered a world-famous model, as it started when she was just 13 and photographed for Spur in Japan. In 2008 she was featured in the Greek ELLE magazine.

Barbara PalvinIn 2009, she was featured on the cover of L'Officiel and Jalouse. In 2010 and 2011, she undertook numerous magazines, including Russian Vogue, Korean Harper's Bazaar, Muse, German Vogue and Love.

In the spring of 2013, Barbara moved to New York to make it easier for her to travel between the big cities, as she gets most of her work nowadays in America.

She also visited Asia in the summer, or more specifically South Korea, but she was so fond that she flew back there in November as L'Oreal's ambassador.

2013 also brought Palvin a career in film as she appeared in the 2014 high-budget film Hercules: The Thracian Wars.

At the end of 2013 and early 2014, rumors swirled about Barbara dating One Direction's boyfriend Niall Horan. The relationship was obscure, but in early spring it officially broke off. In early 2014, she was partying with Bieber and Miley, and in 2014, she became a true Hollywood celebrity.

Barbara PalvinIn 2015, she became the face of the Lily fashion brand, and was photographed in China in early September. That same year, she was featured in Singapore's L'Officiel fashion. At L'Oréal, she promoted hair care and makeup products.

At home, ELLE and Glamor magazines had her smiling back at us from their covers. The Swedish and Brazilian ELLE editions, Korean Harper's Bazaar, and German Glamor also featured Barbara on the front page. She was also featured in advertising for Chanel's sunscreen and jewelry.

2016 was a busy year for Barbara: L'Oréal has been involved in several campaigns, including rose oil, lipstick, facial and hair care products, including the revolutionary black face mask. Perfume has been the face of several fragrances, including the Campaign for Lagerfeld Private Club, Cartier De Lune and Giorgo Armani Di Gioia.

Barbara PalvinPictures of Sky di Gioa perfume were also soon made. She made Korean fashion for InStyle and featured it on the May issue of Maxim Mexican magazine. In July, it featured slides from the Harper's Bazaar in Greece, as well as promotional material for L'Oréal's fall new anti-dandruff shampoo.

In August, the Russian ELLE made a real retro photo shoot of the '80s, highlighted by a black and white cover. In the fall, promotional photos of L'Oréal's new clay masks were completed, making Luma Gorthe, Maria Borges and Xiao Wen Ju one of the advertising faces for the new face masks.

Barbara PalvinShe appeared on the catwalk at the Chanel Cruise 2019 fashion show, then featured on the cover and fashion editorial of Russian Tatler and Harper's Bazaar in Taiwan in August.

In July, Barbara started dating Dylan Sprouse. It was announced in September that she would be back on the runway as one of the angels of Victoria's Secret after five years. She was then featured on the cover of October's Harper's Bazaar in Australia.

Palvin has only one disadvantage over the other girls; a few inches lower than the average "model height", but that doesn't stop her from realizing her dreams, as baby faces are worshiped worldwide.

Her 2011 Campaigns were for Stella McCartney for C&A, Chanel Beauty, Tommy Hilfiger, Calzedonia, H&M, Cartier, Express, Calvin Klein, Stradivarius - Chic Twist. She was also chosen by the Hungarian Glamor as the model of the year

The model, who walked in the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, recently showed fans what her typical day off looked like in a video shared by Vogue Australia, during which Palvin starts her day with coffee and an intense workout before meeting her boyfriend for lunch in the park.

“It’s not normal for me to have a boyfriend. I was single for six years,” Palvin, 25, revealed. “It did pay off, I feel like I found the perfect guy. He’s very kind and gentle.”

The fashion star added, “That’s what I do on my day off: I spend it with the people I love and I’m very much in love right now.”

Barbara PalvinPalvin at times is not a fan of her boyfriend’s public affection. “She doesn’t like cuddling very much,” the former Suite Life of Zach and Cody actor, Dylan Sprouse revealed. “I try to give her hugs and she’s like, ugh,” he added before she jokingly responded: “I’m a strong, independent woman who wants to be free with you.”

After the show, she planned on treating herself to a cheat meal hand-delivered by her boyfriend, whom she is believed to have first started dating over the summer.

“He is bringing Shake Shack burgers for me,” said the model backstage as she got ready for a show. And the actor certainly delivered, bringing a bag with cheeseburgers and posting about it on her Instagram page.

He took his burger delivery job so seriously that he kept the bag under his seat at the show (where he sat next to model Dellah Belle Hamlin) before handing it over in person on the red carpet - for which he was rewarded with a big kiss.

Palvin admitted that leading up to the show, she was careful to watch what she eats and got enjoyment by watching cooking video clips of forbidden foods.

“We had a funny thing this morning because I was watching videos of food. That is what I do! I was like, ‘Yeah, dip it! Cut it! Eat it!'” Palvin joked. “And Dylan was like, ‘Babe? Are you ok?’ And I was like, ‘Yeah, but it is just fried lasagna!'”

The star also added that she’s grateful to have such a supportive boyfriend and family “who are able to handle me being hungry.” “I cook for [Dylan],” she said. “But I watch him eat and I just drool.”

Barbara PalvinNow eight months into their courtship, the pair have their routine down. “I took my time,” Palvin explains. “I knew I wasn’t in a good mind-set at the time, and maybe deep inside I knew that it could be something more." She looks at Sprouse. "Now, say your part.”

He's ready for his cue. “I’m not one to chase,” he says. "If I get left on read after putting out my number, fuck that. I’m crying internally, but outwardly - So I ended up booking a movie and going to China for a six-month shoot.

My manager was with me and asked, ‘Dylan, is there anything you wish you had wrapped up before you left?’ And number one, I wish I was there for the opening of my brewery. And for the first time in six months, Barbara popped in my head, and I thought, I wish I had time to take this girl on a date. Ten minutes later, Barbara texts me for the first time in six months.”

From there, well, here’s the Cliff Notes: Palvin thought she had a job in China. It got canceled. She went to China anyway. The rest is Instagram history.

“There’s a little language barrier for me, so I was never good with texting or flirting,” Palvin, who is Hungarian, says now. “With Dylan, everything seemed so easy. We had the same interests, and jokes were hitting at the right spot, and he didn’t think I was disgusting or anything.”

Again, Sprouse has his punch line ready: “Well, not so fast on that last part.”

Barbara PalvinThe Hungarian model, 25, is joining the Victoria’s Secret family as the brand’s newest Angel. “I’ve been keeping this a secret for three months,” Palvin told PEOPLE Magazine exclusively. “It’s the ultimate career high!”

Palvin’s road to becoming a Victoria’s Secret Angel has been a long time coming. She first walked in the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in 2012, modeled in multiple campaigns afterward, including three in 2018, and then made her grand return to the catwalk after this past November. And now she’s officially the first Hungarian model to join the Victoria’s Secret Angel family.

“When I was 13, I saw the VS Fashion Show and said, ‘One day I will get there.’ Three or four years later, I shot with Victoria’s Secret PINK for the first time,” Palvin says. “Now, I feel like I was destined to do this. Victoria’s Secret caught me at the perfect time, because I’m finally happy with myself and my body.”

When she got the call from Victoria’s Secret with the news that she was officially getting her Angel wings, the model was in Hungary and immediately called boyfriend, Dylan Sprouse, who was back in the U.S.

“He couldn’t believe it. Then he was like, ‘I told you. I knew it,'” she says. Then she ran downstairs at 5:30 a.m. to tell her parents. “They were half-asleep, but they were freaking out. First they thought something was wrong, but then I repeated myself and they were so happy,” Palvin says. “My mom cried a little bit, and my dad fist-bumped my shoulder, like he usually does.”

Palvin says she’s proud to “support a brand that actually supports beautiful body types and diversity,” especially since she’s battled internet body shamers herself. “Once I accepted my body I felt healthier and better than ever,” she adds.

Barbara PalvinBut the model admits that confidence is something she still struggles with on a daily basis.

“I’m still fighting to feel confident all the time because there’s always things we can work on with ourselves,” Palvin says. “I think that the beauty of Victoria’s Secret is that they really support me for who I am and how I look. I’m thankful for them.”

Palvin credits waking up early - usually around 7 a.m. when the sun rises and working out with her personal trainer as the best way to boost her mood. She adds with a laugh, “But of course, sexy lingerie does it too.”

In the past year, this Hungarian model has proved that she’s a force to reckon with in the fashion industry. Discovered in her hometown of Budapest at the tender age of thirteen, Palvin became a popular model in Asia and regularly appeared in Japanese fashion magazines.

These days she adorns pages of publications such as Jalouse, L’Officiel, Vogue, Numero, Harper’s Bazaar, and W. And despite being only 5’8″, a height that is considered short in the modeling industry, Palvin has walked for top designers such as Giles, Miu Miu, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, and Prada among the likes of top models Karolina Kurkova and Alessandra Ambrosio.

All of this accomplished just before turning seventeen years old, I think it’s safe to say that this young model has many years ahead of her to look forward to. “A lot of people say to me that I look like Natalia Vodianova, so I looked her on the internet and I fell in love with her!”

Barbara Palvin"I believe that your personality affects your appearance, so I always think positively. I don't use make-up if it's not necessary, and I wash my face with cold water twice a day. I don't like creams on my face.”
