Jessica Rafalowski

Jessica RafalowskiJessica Rafalowski, born March 16, 1986 in Hartford, Connecticut, is a beauty queen currently from DeLand, Florida who has competed in the Miss USA pageant. Rafalowski won the Miss Florida USA 2008 pageant title in the state pageant held in Hollywood, Florida at Broward Community College on July 14th, 2007. This was her first attempt at winning the title, and her second entry into a pageant competition after she won the Miss Volusia County USA local title in November of 2006.

She is the first Miss Florida USA in three years to win without any previous state pageant experience. Rafalowski was a marketing and psychology student at Stetson University who graduated in 2008. She is of Polish descent and is a fluent speaker of Polish. This 21 year-old senior who attended Stetson University was selected from a field of 59 contestants from across the state of Florida. The pageant was seen live in South Florida and in many parts of the state. Rafalowski had not entered a beauty pageant before entering the Miss Volusia County pageant earlier in 2006. Winning that competition qualified her to enter the Miss Florida USA pageant, which in turn qualified her to compete in the Miss USA pageant held in March of 2008.

Jessica RafalowskiThe new Miss Florida was studying marketing and psychology, and would still like to get her MBA. She received a prize package valued at 30 thousand US dollars for winning the crown. The daughter of Polish immigrants, Rafalowski went on to become an international model with features in Maxim Magazine, FHM, GQ, "Me In My Place" and other international publications. She was photographed by Victoria Janashvili for the cover shoot of the men’s magazine FHM South Africa for their February 2013 issue. She has also walked the catwalk for major fashion brands such as Roberto Cavalli, Perry Ellis, Chloe, Ed Hardy, and Beach Bunny Swimwear and has been featured in commercials for major companies like GoDaddy.com, Sandals Resorts, Hydroxycut, and Kentucky Fried Chicken.

In 2010 she was selected out of 10,000 applicants to become the face of Beach Bunny Swimwear in their model search contest that year. Her career has taken off since then and she has recently been ranked as number 75 on the prestigious Maxim Hot 100 list for 2012. Not only is this girl drop-dead gorgeous, she is also 5'11" tall and in incredible condition which makes her stand out on a catwalk. In what spare time she manages to enjoy, Jessica devotes much of it to philanthropy and as a motivational speaker for women. Jessica was the Academic Chair in Alpha Kappa Psi Professional Business Fraternity and a member of the American Marketing Association. Her parents came to the United States from Poland when they were only 19 years old and began their own aerospace manufacturing business.

Jessica Rafalowski Jessica speaks fluent Polish and enough Spanish to get by quite well in Barcelona. Even though she was raised in the United States, her home life revolved around traditional Polish customs. Rafalowski is interested in dance - mainly jazz and hip hop, as well as tennis and horseback riding.
