Camila Cabello

Camila CabelloCamila Cabello, born March 3rd, 1997 in Havana, Cuba is a Cuban-American singer and songwriter. She was a member of the girl group Fifth Harmony, formed on The X Factor (U.S.) in 2012, signing a joint record deal with Syco Music and Epic Records.

While a part of Fifth Harmony, Cabello began to establish herself as a solo artist with the release of the collaborations "I Know What You Did Last Summer" with Shawn Mendes, and "Bad Things" with Machine Gun Kelly, the latter reaching number four on the Billboard Hot 100 U.S chart.

After leaving the group in December 2016, Cabello released several other collaborations, including "Hey Ma" with Pitbull and J Balvin for The Fate of the Furious soundtrack.

Her debut solo single "Crying in the Club" was released in May 2017, and peaked at number 47 in the U.S. Refocusing her sound to Latin-influenced music thereafter, her debut studio album Camila debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 chart.

Its lead single "Havana" topped the charts in several countries, including the UK and the U.S. The second single "Never Be the Same" also reached the top 10 in several countries.

Camila CabelloCabello was born in Havana, Cuba to Sinuhe Estrabao and Alejandro Cabello, and grew up in the town of Cojímar in East Havana. Her father was born in Mexico City and is a Mexican who moved to Cuba.

She has a younger sister named Sofia and for most of her early life, Cabello and her family moved back and forth between Havana and Mexico City, before relocating to Miami, Florida, in the United States when Cabello was only five years old.

Cabello got her American citizenship in 2008 and attended Miami Palmetto High School but left in the 2012–2013 school year, while she was in 9th grade, to pursue her singing career. But, she later got her high school diploma.

Cabello auditioned for The X Factor at the Greensboro, North Carolina auditions with Aretha Franklin's "Respect". However, her audition was not aired because the series did not get the rights for the song.

After elimination during the "bootcamp" portion of the process in Miami, Florida, Cabello was called back to the stage along with other contestants Ally Brooke, Normani, Lauren Jauregui, and Dinah Jane to form the girl group that would later become known as Fifth Harmony.

Camila CabelloAfter finishing in third place on the show they signed a joint deal with Syco Music, owned by Simon Cowell, and Epic Records, L.A. Reid's record label.

The group released the EP Better Together in 2013 along with the studio albums Reflection in 2015 and 7/27 in 2016. The latter two generated the singles "Worth It" and "Work from Home", respectively, which reached the top 10 in several international charts.

From 2013 through the end of 2016, Cabello performed in various Fifth Harmony tours. In November 2015, Cabello collaborated with Canadian singer Shawn Mendes on a duet titled "I Know What You Did Last Summer" - a song they wrote together.

Camila CabelloIn May 2017, Cabello announced the soon-to-be released first studio album, at the time titled The Hurting. The Healing. The Loving., which she described as "the story of my journey from darkness into light, from a time when I was lost to a time when I found myself again."

Gone Girl video

The story tells of a married couple, Nick and Amy Dunne, on their fifth wedding anniversary. That morning, Amy mysteriously vanishes, leaving behind a rather suspicious trail of evidence. The authorities and the media quickly swoop down on Nick, who seems nice enough, but is oddly evasive and may not be telling the whole truth. As events unfold, you will be left wondering how well you truly know the person you love.

Return To Sender video

This movie is worth watching for Rosamund Pike's performance alone, such an amazing actress who has really stood out so much lately with her roles, her performance in Gone Girl was outstanding as is her performance in Return to sender, such a beautiful and believable talented actress who brings her characters to life with so much enthusiasm you immediately get engrossed, in this movie she unfortunately gets raped one day by a stalker who invades her home, once the man is in prison she starts to have an unusual way of dealing with her turmoil by visiting her rapist and writing him letters, but are her motives leading to something more sinister?

Babel

Babel is inarguably one of the best films of 2006. Director Alejandro González Iñárritu and his co-writer, Guillermo Arriaga weave together the disparate strands of their story into a finely hewn fabric by focusing on what appear to be several equally incongruent characters: an American (Brad Pitt) touring Morocco with his wife (Cate Blanchett) become the focus of an international incident also involving a hardscrabble Moroccan farmer struggling to keep his two young sons in line and his family together. A San Diego nanny, her employers absent, makes the disastrous decision to take their kids with her to a wedding in Mexico. And a deaf-mute Japanese teen (the extraordinary and beautiful Rinko Kikuchi) deals with a relationship with her father and the world in general that's been upended by the death of her mother.
